Refunds & Returns

Every song on TSOUL is free to hear in full, start to finish, before you buy. So you always know exactly what you’re getting.

Download sales are final

Because our songs are digital downloads that can’t be returned, and you can listen to every one of them in full first, all download purchases are final and not refundable.

If something goes wrong, we’ll make it right

We will fix the problem, or refund you, if:

  • a download link doesn’t work, or a file won’t play;
  • you were charged twice for the same order;
  • you received a different song than the one you paid for; or
  • you see a charge from us that you didn’t make.

Let us know within 30 days of your purchase through our Contact page, with your order number, and we’ll take care of it.

Your downloads

Each purchase can be downloaded up to five times, and your links never expire. If you lose your files or use up your downloads, contact us and we’ll reset them for you.

Name your price

Many of our songs and albums let you choose what you pay, above a small minimum. Whatever amount you choose is your purchase price, and the same policy applies.

$25 dining credits

Music credits offered through participating restaurants have no cash value, can’t be exchanged for money, and are limited to one per customer. Any part of a credit you don’t use isn’t refunded. We may change or end the offer at any time.

Books

J. H. McIntosh’s novels are sold by Amazon. Returns and refunds for books are handled by Amazon under its own policies.
